Results Poster

Yesterday we worked on our poster. I was nervous because I liked the layout, but didn't know how to change the dimensions. However, I ended up recreating the layout that I liked with the bigger poster template. Also, a couple people from my group came to help with the revisions. We changed the scoring process and also added a critical needs column and a column about our winning proposal and what Directions plans to do. I added graphs and pictures as well to make it more interesting. Hopefully, our instructors will like it this time and we won't have to make any more changes.

  1. I am really glad that you were able to take the colorful bars that you found and put them into a 'normal' poster template because I think they look really good on our poster. I think that the revisions that we made yesterday really made our poster a lot better. It was kind of annoying that you asked everyone to come to help you and basically no one showed up, but I think we edited it pretty well anyway. I feel like the dimensions of our poster are a little off, but maybe that is just how it printed out. It will probably be an easy thing to fix though and I think our poster is looking really good.

  2. Shannon, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate you taking the reins and piloting this Results Poster process. We all have done our part, either with creating, revising, or putting together the raw info for the actual poster, and I really hope that we are nearing a place with this where we don't need any more revision or change. Tonight before the Black and White party was good; me with Ky-Shon on the phone looking through the actual proposal for points to add felt like it was useful. Good lookin' out as always :)

  3. I think you did an awesome job on the poster. It came out great! You are really good at graphic design. I am glad we got some feedback back so we could make our final changes. I am glad we had a meeting so we could go over the revisions and change our poster. I think our poster looks great and hopefully does not need any changes.
