“In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive.”
I have been taking on the world lately and have even been getting sick from always being stressed. It's hard not to be when I have so many assignments and not enough time. However, I've been scratching off my english to do list and starting my leadership projects as well. I've been taking my quizes in Geography and studying for pre-calc. In addition to school work I have to file for residency (which is a super long process), scheduling for classes, verifying my FAFSA and dealing with personal stresses such as being a bridesmaid for 2 weddings the same year and helping the brides with all their planning! It's been exhausting. But today my whole attitude has changed. I can only do my best, and I will keep trying to do just that. I will continue to work hard, instead of giving up and get good grades, cheaper tuition and pull off two bridal showers, bachelorette parties and weddings! I have a feeling, everything will turn out great. Things are looking up!

Geeze talk about being a busy bee! Today in class, you talked about how you make a schedule of your days and when you have time to do what. Basically, I think I need to start doing this. I always have a to-do list of things to do, but I never really know when I should do them or when I have time to do them. Weddings and bridal showers sound like fun, but lots of hard work! I bet you are so excited to be getting cheaper tuition and your own place! That's so exciting :]. I hope you end up with a good grade in precalc. I'm unfortunately taking it again next semester, but with a different professor. I just couldn't take the chance of losing my financial aid because of that class. If I didn't have financial aid, I would not be able to afford going to school and that would be no bueno. What classes are you taking next semester?
ReplyDeleteThe schedule has been very helpful. I always make my to do list each day and then slide them in the slots of the time that would work best for me to get them done. I definitely think that you should try it! The weddings and bridal parties are a lot of fun, but you are so right-they're a lot of work too! I really hope I get residency too. It would take a lot of stress off me. And pre-calc is still very difficult, but I hope that I end up doing okay! If I had financial aide to lose from it, I probably would have dropped the class too. I'm taking five classes next semester; women of Islam, music in our lives, calculus, geology, and mass communications. Two of my classes are online, so I hope I do okay. What classes are you taking?
